Returns

You may return apparel for credit to your credit card within 30 days of your order's original ship date. Please re-pack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in, or something comparable, and return the package to Cap Swag. Cap Swag is not responsible for shipping cost of returned merchandise. All items must be in original sale condition in order to be processed for return. Upon arrival, the product will be inspected. Any item that is used, worn or damaged will not constitute a refund. Rejected returns will be notified by email. If the product does not meet resellable conditions your refund will be denied. Please note that if you choose to return your product, the shipping and receiving cost of the return will be deducted from any refunds given.

  • All items returned must be in unworn/sellable condition with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Returns eligible 30 days after purchase date.
  • To make an exchange, please process a return for your original item and place a new order for the new item you'd like. 
  • Please note that the initial shipping cost to ship the item from us to you is deducted from all refunds. For more details please see our terms and conditions.
  • If you were shipped a wrong or defective item or have any support questions please email support@capswag.com , be sure to include a photo of your item, your name, and order #.
  • We are unable to accept "drop-off" returns at any of our physical locations including our retail stores and warehouse. All returns must be shipped either with one of our provided labels or through a packaging provider of your choice when a courtesy label is not applicable.
